Planning is underway for the annual Exempla Cares/ Circle of Commitment Campaign.  Each employee will be recieving information on the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation and how you can participate. It as easy as filling out a payroll deduction form.  Your contributions can be done through payroll dedcution, which will begin in January 2011.  Employee contributions are a vital part of the Foundation's fundraising sucess.  Employees have the opportunity to contribute directly to Saint Joseph Hospital and in many cases directly back to thier department.  100 percent of your contribution is applied where desgniated.  Below are several links that you may find helpful including a list of all the funds that you can support. Circle of Commitment Luncheon  - this luncheon is held each year for employees currently participating in the Circle of Commitment.  It is a terrific way for us to say thank you for your support, learn about the impact your donation had and be among the first to re-pledge for next year.  Those who re-pledge at the luncheon have the opportunity to pick up your special gifts and help us spread the word about the Circle of Committment Campaign.
